We are delighted and excited to be preparing to take our first wave of signed-up independent pharmacy customers live with HubRx, starting from the 29th of October.
It has taken some time, but with legislation for hub and spoke use across different companies now live, they will join our own 31 Pharmacy+Health group branches that have had a transformational 2.6 million items already assembled for them.
Plugging into HubRx directly from your RxWeb PMR, independent pharmacies can now also now choose to efficiently send dispensing assembly orders for picking, labelling, checking, bagging and next-day return. These first customers have recognised that releasing their staff’s capacity for more profitable service delivery whilst HubRx does the heavy lifting with improved buying is, as one stated, “a no-brainer”.
Our onboarding team are now working closely with these customers as the first go-live date of 29th October approaches. Guiding them through the regulatory requirements that include Integrated Care Board notification, displaying the right patient notice, introducing their teams to the process and scheduling the training sessions we provide.
HubRx will for these customers provide huge amounts of capacity for clinical services, staffing efficiency and improved buying. In an incredibly tough sector we look forward to guiding them quickly to realise these benefits and start the transformation of their pharmacy businesses.
