Once received and dispensed at HubRx, the patient order is automatically packaged, labelled and delivered to the patient’s chosen address. This end-to-end service, inclusive of packaging and dispatching, typically costs less than your existing local delivery service.

HubRx Direct to Patient removes the time and costs associated with failed and non-local deliveries and reduces the management time and risks associated with running your own fleet of vehicles and delivery drivers.

Direct to Patient enables your patients to choose any convenient delivery address with alternative address and Royal Mail safe place options​.

You, the pharmacy, use RxWeb to control at a patient level which are Direct to Patient deliveries.
